Permanent TSB

Bank of Ireland

National Irish Bank

As a practice we pride ourselves on being forward-looking and uniquely, we have developed a custom-built computer Database to handle, store and publish all of our valuation reports, which gives us a great depth of knowledge on any given area. This database is constantly being updated and allows us to report with confidence on current market values. At present our staff of highly experienced surveyors cover residential valuations in the Dublin, Meath and Louth areas completely, along with extensive parts of counties Kildare and Wicklow.

Condition Surveys and Snag Lists

Over the years we have carried out over 10,000 condition Surveys and snag lists for clients making the important decision to buy a home. The Home Buyers Condition Survey covers the building inside and outside.  It focuses on the defects and other problems which in the judgment of the Surveyors are urgent or significant, but it also covers the general condition and particular features of the property which require attention. The main objective of the Surveyor when carrying out a Home Buyers Condition Survey is to assist the prospective homebuyer to make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase of the property.

Our Surveyors, Joe Lynch and Brendan McGinley are available in the Dublin and Drogheda Areas to carry out Condition Surveys, an increasingly essential item when purchasing a second-hand property or intending to buy at Auction. They will also carry out Snag Lists, which can help to alleviate any concerns about purchasing a newly built property.

We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover of € 2.0 Million, and copies of our proof of cover are available on request.  If you would like more information on our services or rates, or if you wish to book a survey, please contact Teresa McManus on 01-4900637 or e-mail us on info@comma.ie .
