This scheme of 3 Advanced Technology office Buildings buildings around a lake is part of an eventual scheme of 5 in the IDA Business Park. Building 1 was completed in 2006 and buildings 2 & 3 in 2007 and tenants now include Vesta plc. Daiwa plc. Sustainable Energy Ireland, and SeaChange Inc.
